Detached dwelling. Craftsman style. Ca. 1915. Frame with stucco cladding; 2 stories over full basement; hipped roof; 1 front hipped dormer; 2-bay front; 1-bay hipped-roof front porch to one side of main facade. This unaltered Craftsman-style house stands in a large shaded yard near the end of Sixteenth Street (here known as Ackley Lane).
