brick (6-course American bond); 2 1/2 stories; hipped roof; 2 bays; 1-story, 2-bay porch with Ionic columns and pilaster returns. Builder's Colonial Revival. Ca. 1915. South bay entrance; broken pediment over entrance, fanlight over doorway, fixed sidelights; interior chimney; modillion cornice.
