brick (irregular American bond); 1 1/2 stories; gable roof; 1 oversize shed-roof dormer; 3 bays; 1-story, 3-bay, shed-roof porch with attenuated battered wood piers on brick bases. Bungalow. Ca. 1930. Entrance with sidelights in south bay. Craftsman-design, double-hung sash windows.
