asbestos shingle; 2 stories; hipped roof with intersecting gables; 3 bays; 1-story, shed-roof entrance porch with false gable. Queen Anne/Vernacular. Ca. 1920. Entrance in right bay with double doors, 4-light transom, flanked by 4/4 sash windows. 1/1 sash elsewhere. High basement. Similar to 418 Second Street Northeast (next door).
