Brick (stretcher bond); 2 storeys; steep hip roof with a dormer centered on facade; 3 bays; 1 storey veranda with brick piers and balustrade. Vernacular. 1920's. Central entrance. Windows are paired on facade and have four vertical lights over 1. This lot was part of the front yard of 528 Ridge Street.
