104-5144-0012 Single Dwelling, Stories 1.00, Style: Bungalow/Craftsman, 1938 This one-story, brick Bungalow- Craftsman has the District's only clipped roof in addition to a shed-roofed porch that stretches across the entire facade. William F. Koiner constructed the building in 1938 after purchasing the lot the previous year. The porch is approached by nine brick steps with stepped brick balustrades, and supported by three battered wooden piers on high brick plinths. The door is roughly in the center of the east-facing facade, and is flanked to the south by paired six/one-sash windows and to the north by a single window. Two casement windows are visible beneath the clipped roof on the facade. The roof is covered in metal, a brick chimney is attached to the south elevation, and a one-story brick addition extends the rear of the building.
