Detached dwelling. Neo Colonial. Built 1946. Concrete block; 2 stories; low-pitched gable roof; asymmetrical 4-bay front; cantilevered upper veranda with Chinese trellis railing. Not old enough to qualify for historic status, this Neo Colonial house is nevertheless a handsome and compatible addition to the neighborhood.
