brick (6-course American bond); 2 stories; gable roof (slate); 3 bays; 1-story, 1 (side)-bay porch. Roman Doric columns support pediment. Detached house. Georgian Revival. Ca. 1935. Central entrance with decorative, multi-light sidelights and semielliptical fanlight. 8/8 sash with architrave heads. 1-story, 1-bay brick and frame sun room with balustrade deck to south.
