This wall has a parapet roof that extends above the roof line of the building and also projects from the front wall. Each of the apartments has a side entrance with its own 6-bay wraparound porch with square posts. The building, constructed ca. 1895, has been remodeled and is now clad in vinyl siding, with a roof covered in asphalt shingles. The 1/1-sash windows and rear decks are also not original.
