The circa 1935 two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under an asphalt shingled hipped roof. The symmetrical facade features a three-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows and a full-frontal porch with fluted metal posts. There is an off center to the north brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
