From the National Register nomination

The 1935 two-story wood frame with brick veneer American Four Square duplex sits on a concrete block foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The building has 3,060 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The facade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with east and west points of entry with brick piers and wooden post porches with hipped asphalt shingled roofs, one-over-one, double-hung replacement vinyl windows. There is also a brick interior chimney off center to the north. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
