The 1935 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer American Four Square duplex sits on a concrete block foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The building has 3,060 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The facade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with east and west points of entry that sit under hipped asphalt shingled one-bay porches, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows, an interior-end brick chimney in the northeast corner of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
