From the National Register nomination
The circa 1935, 1.5-story wood frame Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation under a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,355 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The facade of the house features a six-bay arrangement, a central front door, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows on eastern half of first story, six-over-six, vinyl, double-hung replacement windows on the remainder of the house, two projecting dormers in half story, west interior brick chimney. There is also a two-story wood deck to the rear of the house that is not original. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
