From the National Register nomination
The circa 1935 1.0-story wood frame Cottage-style dwelling clad with weatherboard sits on a concrete block foundation under a side gabled standing seam metal roof. The house has 1,944 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The main elevation of the house features a three-bay arrangement, asymmetrical facade, arched recess hiding the front door from view, and six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
