From the National Register nomination

The circa 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof with projecting dormers. The building has 2,192 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a front-facing gabled three-bay projection on the western half of the second floor with scalloped wood details and an off-center to the east front door. There is a one-story, three-bay paired wood columns on limestone piers wraparound porch with a wooden balustrade that originally wrapped to the west, but now has a western enclosure. There is also a metal awning over the stairs leading to the front door on the eastern half of the façade. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is also a two-story, three-bay gabled projection on the west elevation. There is an interior brick chimney. There are a series of one- and two-story additions to the rear of the house that range in material type from brick to fiberglass. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage with vinyl siding and a side-gabled metal roof located to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
