From the National Register nomination
The circa 1940 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer American Four Square duplex sits on a concrete block foundation under a pyramidal asphalt shingled roof. The building has 3,600 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with east and west points of entry that sit under pyramidal asphalt shingled one-bay porches with wood posts and brick piers, one-over-one, double-hung, replacement vinyl windows, and an interior brick chimney off center to the east in the rear. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
