From the National Register nomination

The circa 1935 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 8,350 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building is symmetrical with a central front door with inset wood pilasters and a triangular pediment. There is wood cladding in the side gable of the roof and a half-lunette louvered opening. The windows on the first level are eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash, and the second level windows are six-over-six. There is a brick interior chimney located off center to the west. There is a one-story, wood-frame with stucco outbuilding to the north of the primary resource. The house is slightly more ornate than the neighboring buildings of Cantrell Avenue; however, its ornamentation is still modest when compared to other high style buildings in the district.
