Two-story painted cinder block building with stepped side shed parapets, industrial metal-frame windows, and painted signage in red and black on white (probably repainted through the late 1960s). On the front are first and second-story freight openings formerly with doors on tracks. M. O. Showalter & Son's wholesale fruit and vegetable business operated out of this building in the late 1940s.
