From the National Register nomination
The 1931 1.5 story brick and wood shingled Bungalow sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 2,270 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with brick bases and wood posts. There is also an off-center to the east front door and a central brick chimney. The windows are original vertical three-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is also a retaining wall defining the south property line and portions of the west beside the concrete driveway. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
