Modern one-story flat-roofed building of cinder block with stretcher-bond brick veneer. The facade brick is tan; other elevations have red brick. The building has a deep front recess that formerly contained display windows but is now used for outdoor dining and coffee drinking. The stone-faced display window platforms retain checkerboard two-tone plywood panel floors. The pavement between the platforms is pink and green terrazzo with an emblem that once contained the store's name but is now uninscribed. Other features include murals in the recess and on the south elevation and a small metal-framed rear window. Later Tom McCann's Shoe Store. Now The Artful Dodger Coffeehouse & Cafe.
