From the National Register nomination
The circa 1925 two-story, wood frame American Four-Square building sits on a limestone foundation and rises two stories with a cement stucco covering under an asphalt shingled roof pyramid roof. The building has 8,050 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the east front door creating an asymmetrical facade, a fully enclosed full frontal porch that features simple wood posts and a limestone base, and six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a one-story garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
