From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 1.5 story stucco and wood shingled Bungalow sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The building has 4,440 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with brick bases and fluted wood columns. There is also an off center to the east front door and a central brick chimney. The windows are six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There is a one-story garage that is located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
