The circa 1930s coursed limestone wall stands at the easternmost point of Campbell Street where it meets Ott Street. It stands approximately ten-feet in height, forty-feet in length, and five-feet in width. Constructed as part of a Works Progress Administration (WPA) Project in the 1930s, it is representative of the time period and typical projects completed by the WPA throughout the 1930s. The fact that it is constructed out of limestone further demonstrates the importance of locally quarried limestone in the Shenandoah Valley and its extensive use as a landscape and building material.
