From the National Register nomination

brick (7-course American bond); 2 stories; hipped roof; 3 bays; 1-story, flat-roof porch spans middle 2/3 of facade. Vernacular. Ca. 1910. Entrance in easternmost bay, 1-light transom over door. 9/9 sash. 1st-floor windows: segmental arches, 2nd-story windows extend to flat wooden cornice. Similar to 113 West Market.
