brick (6-course American bond); 2 stories; hipped roof with 1 hipped-roof dormer with two 1/1 sash windows; 3 bays. Colonial Revival. 1913. Entrance in center bay. Beveled glass door with fan and sidelights. 1/1 sash with segmental arches on 1st story, jack arches on 2nd. Bracketed cornice at roof line. Dentils in frieze. Originally a 1-story, 3-bay porch, now removed. See Historic Landmarks Study, photograph, p. 34.
