120 Chancellor St

Detached dwelling. Georgian Revival. Built 1920s. Brick (Flemish bond); 2½ stories; gable roof; 3 front gabled dormers; 3-bay main block; original 1-bay, 2-story inset wing on north end. This rather typical Georgian-style house served as the rectory of neighboring St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1700 University Avenue) until the early 1970s; now, as the "Hospitality House," it serves the UVa Hospital Auxiliary.
