Detached dwelling. Craftsman/Colonial Revival. Ca. 1926. Frame with wood shingles; 2½ stories; hipped roof; 1 oversized front hipped dormer; symmetrical 3-bay front; 1-bay front porch with paired Roman Doric columns and balustraded upper deck. One of only three shingle-clad dwellings in the District, this unaltered house features a 3-sided bay opening onto the upper porch deck.
