Store. Decorated Vernacular. Built 1925. Brick (American bond); 2 stories; parapet roof; 2 upper front bays, 3 lower bays. Corbelled brick cornice with inscribed stone plaque; rusticated brick quoins; paired upper windows. Possibly incorporating an earlier frame structure, the Sheppe Building features the subtle detailing characteristic of other 1920s buildings on the Corner.
