Built as a private detached dwelling or fraternity house; now apartments. Colonial Revival. Ca. 1910. Brick (stretcher bond); 3 stories (4 at rear); hipped roof; 2-bay front (original block); 1-bay 1950s W wing; 2-story tetrastyle Roman Doric portico with full entablature. This narrow-fronted and otherwise plain brick dwelling boasts a monumental Roman Doric portico. It served as a fraternity house in the 1930s and earlier, and was converted to student apartments in the 1950s.
