What is it about?

From the National Register nomination

brick (Flemish bond, much reworking); 2 stories; gable roof; 3 bays. Federal. Ca. 1825, 1870s. Entrance in right bay. Two 3-panel, flat-panel doors, 4-light sidelights, 7-light transom. 9/6 sash 1st story: wooden lintels with end blocks, 6/6 2nd. Bolection molding window surrounds. Modillion cornice. Parapet gable end extends above roof line.
