brick (frame and sheet metal facade); 3 stories; flat roof; 3 bays. Classical Revival. 1909. Central pediment with dentil cornice. Entrance in east bay; plate-glass windows on 1st floor, 2nd and 3rd stories 15/20/15 fixed lights. Sanborn Maps: 1886: Clothing; 1891: Clothing.
