yellow brick (stretcher bond); 2 stories; flat roof; 3 bays. Art Deco. Ca. 1930. Recessed central-bay entrance; plate-glass windows on 1st, 9/1 / 15/1 / 9/1 sash (Palladian) window on 2nd story; decorative terra-cotta panel above 2nd-story windows.
