brick (stretcher bond); 3 stories; shed roof; 3 bays. Italianate. Ca. 1890. Recessed central entrance. 1st-story, plate-glass window; 2nd story, 1/1 sash windows with stone sills; full pressed-metal entablature at cornice line: modillions, egg-and-dart.
