What is it about?

From the National Register nomination

frame (weatherboard, painted yellow); 2 stories; 3 bays; gable roof with false gable in center bay; 1-story, 1-bay entrance porch has hipped roof, false gable, chamfered posts. Vernacular. Ca. 1900-1910. Entrance in center bay: 3-light sidelights, 4-light transom. Windows: recently replaced, paired, single light. Plain board corner posts with simple capitals.
