What is it about?

From the National Register nomination

stucco and frame; 2 stories; hipped roof with gable roof projecting entrance pavilion; 3 bays; 1-story, 1-bay entrance porch with false gable and low wall surrounding. Queen Anne/Vernacular. Ca. 1920. Altered: stucco, added shingles, replaced windows, etc. Entrance in left bay: 4-light transom flanked by 2 - 4/4 sash windows. 1/1 sash elsewhere. Shingles in gable end facing street. High basement. Similar to 440 Second Street Northeast (next door).
