brick (6-course American bond) and wood frame; 1 1/2 stories; gable roof with 2 hipped dormers; 2 bays; 1-story, 2-bay, hipped-roof porch with Doric columns and pilasters returns. Colonial Revival cottage. Ca. 1920. South bay entrance, double doors with fixed panes above; 1/1 sash windows, double sash in gable; 2 central chimneys.
