Matthews House); brick (seven course American bond); 2 storeys; hip roof with dormers centered on facade, north, and south sides; 2 bays; 1 storey veranda covers most of facade; Tuscan columns, no balustrade; Colonial Revival. Early 20th century. Entrance with sidelights and semi-elliptical fanlight in south bay. Two interior chimneys.
