Apartment building. Vernacular/Colonial Revival. Ca. 1927-29. Clad in stucco; 3 stories; gable roof with end cross-gable; asymmetrical 3-bay front; small entry porch with pierced pediment. This rather austere stuccoed apartment building stands well back from the street on a terraced lot.
