The 2-bay front porch has a bellcast Mansard roof and one open segmental-arched bay supported by battered posts on piers. The other bay is enclosed by a bank of four 6/1-sash windows with a masonry window plant box supported by three brackets. The long and fairly narrow house, constructed a. 1930 rests on a cinder block foundation, with 3-light basement windows, and a roof clad in asphalt shingles. The deeply projecting eaves are boxed and the dormers give the impression of half-timbering in the wall treatment. An exterior parged chimney that pierces through the eaves is located along the west side of the house. The single, paired, and triple wood windows are 6/1 sash with the upper sash shorter than the lower sash. The front porch has a stuccoed balustrade and a tiled floor.
