Detached dwelling. Colonial Revival. Ca. 1920s. Brick (stretcher bond); 2½ stories; hipped roof with oversized hipped-roof dormer; symmetrical 3-bay front porch; 1-story side porch, south end. Modillion cornice; paired windows; Classical entry porch with paired columns; similar side porch with turned-baluster railing. This well-designed Colonial Revival house shares features with coeval Craftsman-style houses in the District.
