Detached dwelling. Colonial Revival/Craftsman style. Ca. 1930 or earlier. Walls clad with unpainted stucco; 2 stories; hipped roof with small central dormer; symmetrical 3-bay front; full-length front veranda with Roman Doric posts (now screened in). Like the other houses on the west side of Cabell Avenue, this rather austere dwelling sits high above street level, being partly obscured by tall evergreens.
