What is it about?

From the National Register nomination

Stucco; 2 storeys; truncated bellcast hip roof with dormers centered on facade and north side; 3 bays; 1 storey veranda with stuccoed piers and balustrade. Vernacular. C. 1922 or 1940. Entrance door in north bay has been removed leaving an open vestibule with a door into each apartment. Very wide 1-over-1 light windows; 1 storey rectangular bay window on south side; 2 interior chimneys.
