frame (clapboard); 2 stories; gable roof; 2 bays; single-story entrance porch with sawn millwork detailing. Vernacular. Ca. 1870 or earlier. Entrance with transom in west bay. 6/6 lights. One endwall interior chimney. This, one of the oldest houses on Sunnyside, may have been used in the late nineteenth century as the parsonage of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, which was originally located adjacent to the west. It is not clear from old maps whether this house or the one next door at #105 was used for this purpose.
