Brick (Flemish bond); 2 stories; flat roof with parapet wall; 7 bays; no porch. Vernacular commercial building with Colonial Revival and Neo-Classical Revival detailing. 1948-1949, with 1965 addition on north. Frontispiece entrance with semi-circular pediment and Ionic pilasters. 12/12 lights. Does not contribute to historic character of District.
