brick, 2 stories, flat roof, 13 bays. High Victorian Italianate commercial structure. Stylized brackets and recessed brick panels, 2nd-and 3rd-story windows set in vertical recesses. Lion's-head motif on corner brackets. 2/2 lights. Storefronts altered.
