N: Brick; 2 stories; hip roof; 3 bays; 1-story porch with square posts, sawn millwork brackets and balustrade across front. Italianate characteristics. Ca. 1895. Segmental arched entrance with transom and sidelights in north bay. Segmental arched openings with carved lintels. Simple bracketed cornice, 2/2 lights. Very similar to #17 N.
