brick, 3 stories, flat roof, 9 bays. Vernacular commercial structure. 1890. Unusually decorated cornice with pendant-like elements, dentils and corbeling ; 2/1 lights. Open stairwell with skylight surrounded by offices on 2nd and 3rd floors. Storefronts altered.
