stucco; 2 stories; gable roof with large 4-bay shed dormer; 5 bays lst floor; entrance recessed under decorated gable end portico supported by turned concrete columns topped by molded capitals. "Mystical Revival." 1928. Entrance in central bay. 6/1 lights. Interior chimney. Architect: Sam Collins of T.J. Collins and Son.
