North (Grubert Residence): brick; 2 stories; hip roof; 3 bays; single-story full front porch with decorative balustrade and millwork topped by second-story balustrade. Italianate influences. Bracketed lintels. Entrance in central bay with segmentai-arched transom and sidelights. 2/2 lights. 2 central corbelled chimneys. Built by Augustus A. Grubert.
