S: Frame (German siding); 1 story with "boomtown" front; gable roof; 5 bays; no porch, Vernacular commercial structure. Ca, 1905. Entrance in 2nd bay from south. 6/6 lights. Old painted sign in "boomtown" front is still visible. This structure may incorporate ca. 1875 structure formerly on site.
